Meet your expert guide at 9.00am in front of the tourist office of Reims centre train station and start the day with the discovery of Reims city center.

Enjoy a sightseeing in Reims city center. Drive by “Notre Dame de Reims”, one of the first monuments to be registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover some emblematic places of the city, such as the “Porte de Mars”, 2000 year old arch, last Roman gate of the city. Absorb the historical atmosphere of the city, home of the coronation of more than 33 kings of France.

Make the most of your morning in the Champagne region starting by the exploration the famous House of Champagne Taittinger, with a small introduction to Champagne thanks to a film about the history of the house and  the region, followed by a complete tour of their cellars which are classified at UNESCO World’s Heritage. Finish in style this visit with a glass of their flagship Champagne.

Have a break at a viewpoint on the elegant Montagne de Reims vineyards where your guide points out the particularities of the region: Why are our vines planted on hillsides? Why is our subsoil made out of such pure chalk?

End your morning by discovering a family-run boutique winery. Tour the still used today's traditional press and vat room as your guide details the traditional Champagne method with a concrete and visual approach. Appreciate several tastings of their own production and acquire tasting knowledge and expertise with these rare Champagnes!

Your morning tour ends at 1.00pm in front of Reims centre train station.
