Jump in your A la Française minivan, you're off to Aix en Provence! Enjoy a nice walk in this lovely city and discover the Cours Mirabeau lined with 17th and 18th centuries private mansions, benefit from the shade of its old plane trees on a hot summer day. 

Have a look Place d’Albertas and do not miss the fountain with its basin made by local students. With its colorful facades, this place is the perfect spot for a nice picture! Then pass in front of the Four Dolphins Fountain, an impressive sculpture created in 1667.

 

Stroll along narrow streets and discover the unique architecture of this vibrant city... Do not miss the City Hall, the Cathedral Saint Sauveur, the local typical markets... Your walk through the old town will lead you to lovely shops, bustling squares and refreshing fountains... 

 

 

On the way back, make the most of a panoramic tour of Marseille! Enjoy a first stop at Saint Victor Abbey (eleventh century) at the entrance of the old Port of Marseille and take a nice picture! Continue on the road to the Corniche with its great view on the sea, symbol of holidays! All along the road, do not miss the beautiful houses built by wealthy merchants and bourgeois at the nineteenth century. You will then arrive in front of the basilica Notre Dame de la Garde. Situated on the top of a hill, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Phocaean city, the Frioul Islands and the Castle of If... Another great spot for a second picture, cheese!
