Lavender morning tour
At 9am you will meet your friendly local guide who is an expert in Provence and knows all the best spots to see the lavender in bloom! Climb aboard your minivan and set off on the scenic country roads of Provence.
Your drive will take you along picturesque roads through the wide Plateau of Valensole known for its amazing lavandin. Your guide will share his knowledge about the history, traditions and culture behind this "blue gold" as you go.
During the course of the morning tour your A la Française guide will stop at the best photo spots for you to see the lavender in all its beauty.
You will also get the chance to meet a local producer who will share his passion for lavender and lavandin with you! This is the perfect opportunity to learn everything about this unique culture: its harvest and distillation and also all the different products made from lavender!
Your morning lavender tour will end at 1 pm when you will arrive back in Aix-en-Provence.
