How can I book a tour online?

Our website www.alafrancaise.fr/en/bordeaux provides real-time updated prices and dates. Once you have selected the tour, add it to your basket and process to securised online payment. It sometimes happens that booking confirmation are sent into spams, please check it in you mailbox.

Wine tour's availibility

We run wine tours all year long! But we offer more tours from April to October 7 days a week.
Please check our "small group tours" page and select a date to know if your wine tour is available.

Do you ship wine abroad?

We ship wine from 6 bottles of wine & more to United States of America, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Hong Kong, Australia... Feel free to contact us for more details wineclub@alafrancaise.fr

What payment methods do you support?

We support VISA, MASTERCARD and classic credit card CARTE BLEUE for online bookings. We also accept PAYPAL.
Otherwise, you can call us to book your tour and pay by cash or credit card the day of your tour.

I travel to Bordeaux with my children/baby

12 years old children are welcomed to join our half or full day tours, we will provide a delicious grape juice during the wine tastings.

Unfortunatly, babies and young children can not sit on the lap of a parent, for security reason.

Do you offer any discount?

We would be happy to welcome you on a wine our with us! Unfortunately we do not operate any discount. Thank you very much for your understanding and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

Which chateaux are visited during wine tours?

Our dreamteam have selected the best chateaux in the Bordeaux region: charming family run wineries and beautiful classified estates in St Emilion, Medoc and Graves upon availability.
It is a good experience to have a global view on the wine industry in Bordeaux!

Which language are spoken during wine tours?

All our team speak at least both French and fluent English. Depending on the nationalities the day of the tour, we adapt our speech to our lovely clients ;)
If you want to book a private tour in Spanish, Chinese, German, Portuguese, we will do our best to find the perfect local guide for your private tour in Bordeaux.

How many people can join the tour?

We organize small group tours of 8 people maximum, semi private tours to share more about wine and passion for our lovely Bordeaux region. (excepted for wine tasting class, the capacity of our tasting room is about 12 guests)

Do you offer gift card?

Of course! We think that discovering our beautiful Bordeaux region is a really nice and original gift! You can book online a gif card (below the calendar) without selecting a date. Once you have offered it to a friend or family, call us to choose a date together depending on availibility.

You want to organize team building in Bordeaux?

We create homemade team building activities in the Bordeaux region such as: 2CV old car rally, bike & wine tour, Garden parties, Wine discovery workshops...

May I participate to wine tour if I am pregnant?

Congratulations! Please let us know and we will be happy to provide you some delicious grape juice. Otherwise, you can still split the wine during the tasting ;)

I want to book a private made to measure tour

Our dreamteam will make a made to measure tour depending on your choices and availibility.
Joining a private wine tour in Bordeaux with us includes tastings of great wines but also the discovery of lovely places and a great French Art de vivre experience

Our meeting points are noticed at the end of tour's description on our website and also on you confirmation voucher sent by email.
