Where is the meeting point?
From Reims: In front of Reims train station, next to the Tourist Office (Address: Cour de la Gare).
From Épernay: In front of the Épernay Tourist Office (Avenue de Champagne).
What time should I book my return train?
Please allow an extra 10 to 15 minutes after the tour as slight delays are possible.
If you book an earlier train, you will have to return to the station by your own means.
I am coming by car. Where can I park?
There are several parking options around the station. We recommend the Effia parking. Suggested parking lot
Please plan to arrive early to allow enough time to park.
The guide will not wait for guests still looking for parking.

For delays over 5 minutes, you will need to join the tour by your own means.
Will the tour be cancelled in case of bad weather?
No.
Minivan tours always run as scheduled.
For bike tours, the group will vote and depending on the majority, the tour will take place by bike or by minivan.
Is there a dress code?
No dress code. Bring a warm layer: the cellars are 11°C (52°F) all year round.
For bike tours, avoid long dresses or very loose pants that could get caught in the chain.
Rain gear is not provided, so please dress accordingly based on the weather forecast.
Are water bottles provided?
No. Local regulations prohibit the distribution of single-use plastic bottles.
You will be able to drink water at various stops.
