How can I book a tour online?
Our website provides real-time updated prices and dates. Once you have selected the tour, add it to your basket and process to securised online payment.It sometimes happens that booking confirmation are sent into spams, please check it in you mailbox.
What payment methods do you support?
We support VISA, MASTERCARD and classic credit card CARTE BLEUE for online bookings.
Otherwise, you can call us to book your tour and pay by cash or credit card the day of your tour.
I travel to Provence with my children/baby
4 to 11 years old children are welcomed to join our half or full-day tours in Provence and 20% of discount will be granted for them.
Unfortunatly, we do not accept on our excursions babies/children between 0 and 3 years old. They can not sit on the lap of a parent, for security reason.

A la Française is a network of local agencies, each expert in their own region! Each agency offers the opportunity to discover its region (Bordeaux, Loire Valley, Champagne, Burgundy, Paris, Côte d'Azur and Provence) thanks to passionate local guides through :

Do you offer gift card?
Of course! We think that discovering our beautiful Provence region is a really nice and original gift! You can book online a gif card without selecting a date. Once you have offered it to a friend or family, call us to choose a date together depending on availibility.
Which language are spoken during the tours?
All our team speak at least both French and fluent English.Depending on the nationalities on the day of the tour, we adapt our speech to our lovely clients ;)
For a private tour, some of our guides speak Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Portuguese, we will do our best to find the perfect local guide for your excursion.
