A Ham producer who will slide the ham just in front of you
A local cheese maker
The guests will make their way around from stall to stall enjoying delicious foie gras, fresh oysters & seafood, speciality cured ham from Bordeaux region, various cheeses and local cakes.
Then, take part in a wine discovery workshop where you will learn and understand the wines of Bordeaux and elsewhere, and of course taste great wines!
Cherry on the cake: Add a foie gras producer and/or a truffle producer to taste other local specialties (option)
