Since the 16th century, generations of winegrowers have succeeded each other in Giscours and have made this domain a world-renowned Grand Cru.
11 am: welcome at the château. Your guide will take you through the vineyards, the park, the cellars and will describe the wine making process and what makes Giscours so unique. He will also describe the history of the property and its owner. The visit will be followed by a tasting of 2 wines. Prepare your taste buds! The wines of Giscours, mainly blends of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, reach record scores with the world's greatest wine critics.
12:30 pm: you will be taken to the castle park for a picnic prepared by the chef of the property. The picnic includes local cold meats and cheeses and an assortment of breads, seasonal salads, homemade cakes, fresh fruit and dried fruit, mineral water and sparkling water, and a glass of wine per person.
After lunch, stroll at your own pace through the magnificent park of Château Giscours planted with hundred-year-old trees and rare species. You will marvel at the farm animals with their sheep, cows, chickens ... another way to discover the property with family or friends.
